Overview
The Onboarding screen walks you through connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant to 365 Hound. This is a one-time setup per tenant and grants 365 Hound the permissions it needs to read security, licence, and identity data.
What happens during onboarding?
- Consent — An admin of the target tenant grants the required Microsoft Graph API permissions
- Verification — 365 Hound confirms the connection is working
- Initial sync — Data is pulled from the tenant for the first time

Onboarding Table
The onboarding screen displays a table of all tenants currently being managed, their sync status, and quick-action buttons to add or remove tenants.
